We need your help! Hosting an event of this size can financially be very risky, so we need your help to support the event by booking into one of our host hotels. When you book your hotel through the reservation system we get a rebate for every night you stay. Having been a parent of a gymnast that went all the way through the sport (including college) we are also very aware of what your needs and concerns are regarding housing at various gymnastics meets. We have contracted with 6 of the best hotels in the area and have a price range to fit everyone’s budget.
USA Gymnastics has contracted National Travel Systems (NTS) to manage all national championship level events (USA VISA’s, JO Nationals, etc.) regarding hotel reservations. In order for us to get credit for your hotel rooms, ALL reservations MUST be booked through NTS. When booking your rooms now, please book only what you think you need. As soon as you know exactly what you need (in April) please cancel the extra rooms immediately so those on the waiting list can get into the hotel they want (and we get the credit we need).
